Effective August 5, 2026. By using Kickstand, a coordination tool for recreational sports teams, you agree to these terms.

Kickstand lets a team share game schedules, collect RSVPs, track attendance and participation points, and send game related notifications. Team captains administer their team and are responsible for their roster.

Kickstand team notifications send game related text messages to players who provided their mobile number for that purpose: RSVP requests, confirmation reminders, and game day details. Message frequency varies with the team's schedule, typically no more than one message per day around scheduled games. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel at any time; you will receive no further messages. Reply HELP for help, or contact support at devondavasher@gmail.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of joining a team; texting is optional.

Answer only as yourself, keep roster information within your team, and respect your captain's decisions on roster, games, and points. Captains may correct or remove any entry.

Kickstand is provided as is, without warranties of any kind, for recreational coordination. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kickstand and its operator are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

These terms may be updated as the service evolves; the effective date above changes when they do. Continued use after a change means acceptance.
