Effective August 5, 2026. Kickstand is a coordination service for recreational sports teams, operated and published by Kickstand LLC. By accessing or using the service you agree to these terms.

Kickstand enables a team to publish schedules, collect responses, record attendance and participation points, and send notifications relating to scheduled events. Team captains administer their own team and are responsible for the accuracy of their roster.

Kickstand sends text messages relating to scheduled events to individuals who have provided a mobile number for that purpose, including attendance requests, reminders and event details. Message frequency varies with the team’s schedule and typically does not exceed one message per day around scheduled events. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel at any time; no further messages will be sent. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact support@kickstand.team. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of joining a team.

Responses may be submitted only on your own behalf. Roster information must not be disclosed outside the team. Captains may correct or remove any entry.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kickstand LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

These terms may be amended. The effective date above is updated when they are. Continued use of the service after an amendment constitutes acceptance.
